Angelo Pezzana, A founder of the radical Italian gay newspaper ‘Fouri’, just another bookseller.

Born September 15, 1940 Angelo Pezzana is an important gay political activist. In 1970 he founded FUORI, the first modern radical organization for gay liberation. In 1979 he was elected to the Italian Parliament as a member of the Radical Party. Angelo was also a prominent Torino bookseller. This photo was taken in his shop sometime in the late ’80s to early ’90s
